Job Overview:

Key Responsibilities:
Handle inbound and outbound calls to engage with potential customers.
Qualify leads generated through digital marketing campaigns.
Assess customer requirements, verify interest levels, and pass on high-quality leads to the sales team.
Convert prospects into customers through effective telesales techniques.
Manage day-to-day client communication via calls, messages, and emails.
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth service delivery.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Strong verbal communication skills
Fluency in English and Kannada (mandatory)
Working knowledge of Hindi (preferred)
Additional language proficiency is an advantage
Good interpersonal and convincing skills
