We are now building the team that will help us take this vision further.
About the Role
We are looking for a Chief Operating Officer who can help turn strategy into execution. You will be responsible for making sure Krisztech operates with structure, accountability, consistency, and speed.
This is not a role for someone who simply wants to manage existing processes.
You will help build them.

Day-to-day business operations
Project and client delivery
Internal workflows and SOPs
Team coordination and accountability
Quality control
Resource and contractor management
Client onboarding and delivery processes
Operational reporting
Process improvement
Building systems that allow the company to operate without everything depending on the CEO
Who We're Looking For
You may be a strong fit if you:

Are highly organised and execution-oriented
Can turn ideas into processes
Take ownership without needing constant supervision
Communicate clearly
Can manage multiple moving parts
Are comfortable working in an early-stage environment
Care about building things properly, not simply getting things done
Understand that great operations are designed, documented and continuously improved
Previous experience in operations, consulting, agencies, technology, real estate or a related field is valuable, but mindset and execution ability matter greatly to us.
What You'll Get

Compensation will be discussed with shortlisted candidates and will reflect the responsibilities of the role, experience, and agreed performance structure.
