Role Description This is a full-time Financial Advisor role based in Mangaluru, offered in a hybrid work model with some flexibility to work from home. The Financial Advisor will guide customers in selecting suitable insurance and related financial products, explaining features, benefits, and risks in clear, accessible language. Day-to-day activities include assessing client financial goals, conducting needs analysis, and providing recommendations across insurance, investments, and retirement planning solutions available on Policybazaar.com. The role involves maintaining accurate client records, following up on leads, managing consultations over phone and digital channels, and ensuring compliance with internal policies and regulatory requirements. The Financial Advisor will collaborate with sales, customer support, and product teams to enhance client experience and contribute to business growth targets.
Qualifications
Strong Financial Planning and Financial Advisory skills to analyze client needs and recommend appropriate solutions.
Solid understanding of Finance and Investments to explain product options, risks, and returns.
Knowledge of Retirement Planning to help clients plan long-term financial security.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build trust with diverse customers.
Ability to work with digital tools, CRM systems, and online platforms for advisory and documentation.
Relevant academic background in Finance, Business, Economics, or a related field; professional certifications in financial planning or insurance advisory are an advantage.
Customer-centric mindset, ethical approach to advice, and attention to detail in documentation and compliance.
Prior experience in financial services, insurance advisory, or banking is preferred but not mandatory for highly motivated candidates with strong analytical aptitude.
