Role Description The Cyber Security Instructor & Partner is a full-time remote role responsible for designing, delivering, and continuously improving cyber security courses and learning experiences. In this role, you will create structured curricula, develop lesson plans, prepare practical labs, and record or deliver live online sessions covering key cyber security domains. You will mentor learners, provide feedback on assignments, support exam and interview preparation, and guide them in building strong technical foundations and professional confidence. You will collaborate with the Cyber Learn team to integrate AI-driven tools, real-world case studies, and interactive exercises, ensuring that content aligns with current industry standards and best practices. As a partner, you will also contribute to strategic program development, help expand outreach to underprivileged communities, and support initiatives that promote inclusive and impactful education.
Qualifications
Strong knowledge and hands-on experience in core Cybersecurity and Information Security concepts.
Expertise in Network Security, including secure network architecture, protocols, and defensive techniques.
Skills in Application Security, with the ability to teach secure coding, vulnerability identification, and mitigation.
Experience in Malware Analysis, including understanding malware behavior, detection, and remediation strategies.
Experience teaching, mentoring, or training learners in technical subjects, preferably in cyber security.
Ability to design structured curricula, practical labs, and assessments for online learning environments.
Strong communication skills in English, with the ability to explain complex topics clearly to diverse audiences.
Comfort working with online teaching platforms, AI-based learning tools, and collaborative digital environments.
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Cyber Security, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
