Position: Background Verification Associate
Location: Turbhe, Navi Mumbai | Work From Office
Experience: Freshers / 0–2 Years
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct Education, Employment, Address & Criminal Verification.
Verify candidate information through relevant institutions, employers and verification sources.
Maintain accurate records and update case status.
Coordinate with candidates and external sources for verification.
Complete cases within defined TAT and follow company SOPs.
Requirements:
Graduate in any discipline.
Good English communication skills.
Basic MS Excel knowledge.
Good attention to detail and willingness to learn.
Immediate joiners preferred.
