Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Senior Sales Engineer role based in Hyderabad. The Senior Sales Engineer will engage with prospective and existing customers to understand their manufacturing needs and recommend suitable CNC solutions. Daily responsibilities include conducting technical product demonstrations, preparing proposals, and supporting the sales team with application-specific insights. The role involves coordinating with engineering and service teams to address technical queries, ensuring smooth installation and after-sales support. The Senior Sales Engineer will also contribute to market development activities, track opportunities, and maintain strong long-term customer relationships.
Qualifications
Strong Sales Engineering and Technical Support skills to translate customer requirements into effective CNC solutions.
Proficiency in Sales and Customer Service to manage the full sales cycle and maintain high customer satisfaction.
Effective Communication skills to convey technical information clearly to diverse stakeholders.
Experience in industrial machinery, CNC machines, or related manufacturing technologies.
Ability to interpret technical drawings and specifications and provide application-based recommendations.
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Production, or related field) or equivalent technical qualification.
Proven track record in B2B technical sales and field-based customer engagement.
Willingness to travel within the region as required for customer visits and site meetings.
