OPEN POSITIONS
• Guest Experience Associate ( Fresher – 1 year experience) FEMALE ONLY
• Senior Guest Experience Associate ( 2 – 4 year experience) FEMALE ONLY
• Guest Experience Supervisor ( 4– 6 year experience) FEMALE ONLY
• Guest Experience Manager ( 6 – 8 year experience) MALE & FEMALE
• Guest Experience Lead ( 10 year + experience ) MALE & FEMALE
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
• Welcome and engage guests with a warm and professional approach.
• Ensure a safe, clean and enjoyable experience for children and families.
• Manage guest queries, feedback and day-to-day service requirements.
• Assist with FEC operations, activities and guest flow.
• Maintain high standards of grooming, hospitality and customer service.
• Handle basic computer operations, billing/POS and documentation.
• Maintain basic reports and operational data using MS Excel.
• Coordinate with the team to ensure smooth daily operations.
• Follow all safety, hygiene and operational standards.
CANDIDATE PROFILE
• Candidates with a background in Hospitality, Hotel Management, Retail, Customer Service, Modern Trade, FMCG or FEC operations preferred.
• Fluent in Odia, Hindi and English – spoken communication is essential.
• Comfortable with computers, MS Excel and basic digital applications.
• Well-groomed, energetic, courteous and guest-focused.
• Should enjoy interacting with children and families.
• Must be comfortable with a standing and active job for extended periods.
• Candidates should be medically fit for an active/standing role.

LOCATION & WORKING HOURS
• The position will be based inside a shopping mall.
• Working hours will be as per mall operating timings, including weekends and holidays as per the business roster.
• Candidates must be comfortable working in rotational shifts.
