Key Responsibilities:
Manage daily shop-floor production on CNC Turning, VMC and HMC machines
Allocate manpower and monitor shift-wise production targets
Ensure machine uptime and cycle-time efficiency
Read engineering drawings and GD&T requirements
Verify tool offsets and job setups before production
Coordinate with QC to reduce rejection and rework
Monitor cutting tools, inserts and tool consumption
Coordinate preventive maintenance activities
Maintain safety, discipline and 5S standards
