Role Description The Housekeeping Specialist is a full-time, on-site role based in Jaipur, responsible for maintaining clean, orderly, and guest-ready homestays. Daily tasks include cleaning rooms and common areas, making beds, dusting, sweeping, mopping, and ensuring bathrooms and kitchens are sanitized and stocked with necessary supplies. The role involves handling laundry, including washing, drying, folding, and organizing linens and towels. The Housekeeping Specialist will also check rooms before guest arrivals, report maintenance issues, follow safety and hygiene protocols, and interact with guests and property owners in a professional and courteous manner.
Qualifications
Strong housekeeping skills, including room cleaning, organization, and attention to detail.
Experience with laundry operations such as washing, drying, ironing, and proper storage of linens.
Effective customer service and communication skills to interact with guests and property owners.
Ability to learn and follow training, cleaning procedures, and safety guidelines.
Previous experience in hospitality or residential housekeeping is preferred.
Physical ability to perform cleaning tasks, including lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods.
Reliability, punctuality, and the ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays as needed.
