Near Delhi | 18+ yrs | ₹24 – 34 LPA
Take complete ownership of plant operations, with strong expertise in precision machining and heat treatment. Plant budgeting experience is a must.
2) Machining Maintenance Head - Precision Machined Components Factory
Near Delhi | 15+ yrs | ₹12 – 15 LPA
Chandigarh (Corporate Office) | 18+ yrs | ₹20 – 30 LPA
Lead maintenance across plants, covering VMC, CNC lathes and grinding machines. Hands-on TPM implementation and autonomous maintenance experience required.
3) Head – Manufacturing Excellence - Precision Machined Components
Chandigarh | 15+ yrs | ₹20 – 30 LPA
Drive process optimization and design new machining processes. In-depth knowledge of precision machining, cutting tools, fixturing and new product development is required.
The person should have in depth knowledge of precision machining.
In depth knowledge of cutting tools
Detailed knowledge of fixturing
Experience in Development
4) Sr. Manager – Defence Manufacturing - Precision Machined Components
Near Delhi | 15+ yrs | ₹12 – 15 LPA
Develop critical precision components, work directly with customers, and lead production from development through delivery.
Who we're looking for:
🔹 Strong background in precision machining / auto component or defence manufacturing
🔹 Proven leadership in plant, maintenance or process engineering functions
🔹 B.E./ B.Tech in Mechanical / Production / Metallurgy preferred
