Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Relationship Manager role based in Anand. The Relationship Manager will build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective customers, understand their financial needs, and recommend suitable loan products across Capri Loans’ portfolio. Responsibilities include managing a customer portfolio, conducting regular follow-ups, supporting loan applications and documentation, coordinating with internal teams for approvals and disbursements, and ensuring timely collections and account servicing. The role involves achieving assigned sales and quality targets, monitoring customer satisfaction, resolving queries or issues promptly, and adhering to internal policies and regulatory guidelines. The Relationship Manager will also identify new business opportunities in the local market, participate in branch-level sales initiatives, and contribute to the overall growth and reputation of Capri Loans in the region.
Qualifications
Strong relationship management, customer service, and client engagement skills, with the ability to build trust and long-term partnerships.
Sales and business development skills, including lead generation, cross-selling, negotiation, and target achievement in financial services or related sectors.
Basic credit understanding and analytical skills to assess customer profiles, documentation, and loan eligibility in line with company policies.
Effective communication and interpersonal skills, including clear verbal and written communication and the ability to interact with diverse customer groups.
Organizational and time management skills to handle multiple customer accounts, follow-ups, and branch operations efficiently.
Proficiency with MS Office and familiarity with CRM or loan management systems; comfort working with digital tools and reporting formats.
Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, commerce, or a related field; prior experience in retail lending, NBFCs, or banking will be an advantage.
