Dee Divine Group of Companies is looking for a creative and skilled Camera Operator & Video Editor to join our marketing and content team. The ideal candidate should have strong hands-on experience in professional camera handling, lighting, videography, and advanced video editing.
🎥 Key Responsibilities
Operate professional cameras for real estate property shoots, corporate events, interviews, promotional campaigns, and social media content.
Plan and execute professional video shoots, including camera angles, framing, composition, lighting, and movement.
Set up and manage lighting, audio, tripods, gimbals, and other video equipment.
Edit raw footage into engaging and professional videos for Instagram, YouTube, Facebook, Reels, advertisements, websites, and presentations.
Create property walkthroughs, cinematic real estate videos, reels, promotional videos, corporate videos, and short-form content.
Add professional transitions, sound effects, music, text, graphics, color correction, and basic motion graphics.
Maintain proper organization and backup of video footage and project files.
Collaborate with the marketing and creative team to understand concepts and execute creative briefs.
Ensure all final videos maintain high production quality and brand consistency.
Maintain and handle cameras, lenses, lighting equipment, microphones, and other production equipment.
🛠️ Required Skills
Strong knowledge of professional camera operation and videography.
Good understanding of camera settings, lenses, exposure, ISO, shutter speed, aperture, frame rates, and white balance.
Hands-on knowledge of lighting setups for indoor and outdoor shoots.
Strong understanding of composition, camera movement, framing, and visual storytelling.
Proficiency in professional video editing software such as:
Adobe Premiere Pro
Adobe After Effects
DaVinci Resolve
Final Cut Pro or equivalent
Knowledge of color grading, sound editing, motion graphics, and basic animation.
Experience creating content specifically for Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, YouTube videos, and digital advertising.
Ability to work on tight deadlines while maintaining video quality.
A portfolio/showreel of previous camera and editing work is highly preferred.
👤 Who We’re Looking For
We are looking for someone who is creative, technically strong, and passionate about filmmaking and visual storytelling. The candidate should be comfortable handling professional camera equipment independently and transforming raw footage into polished, engaging content.
Experience in real estate, corporate, lifestyle, or commercial video production will be an added advantage.
