Company Description Sumilon Group, established in 1977, is a leading manufacturer of specialty films used in flexible packaging, lamination, textiles, and industrial applications. With manufacturing facilities in India and Morocco, the company offers a wide portfolio of Polyester (BOPET) films. Sumilon further enhances its products through metallization, lacquering/coating, laminating, holography, hot stamping foils, and metallic yarns. The group is also committed to sustainability, contributing to green energy production through its windmills. Sumilon provides a dynamic environment for professionals interested in advanced materials and industrial innovation.
Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Human Resources Executive role based in Gandhidham. The Human Resources Executive will oversee day-to-day HR operations, including managing employee lifecycle processes such as onboarding, attendance, and documentation. The role involves supporting employee relations, addressing workplace concerns, and fostering a positive, inclusive work environment. The executive will assist in developing and implementing HR policies, ensuring compliance with labor laws and company standards. Additional responsibilities include coordinating performance management activities, supporting training and development initiatives, and collaborating with management on workforce planning and HR reporting.
Qualifications
Candidates should possess strong skills in Human Resources (HR) and HR Management, including experience handling core HR functions.
Candidates should possess skills in HR Operations, such as managing HR processes, records, and HRIS or similar systems.
Candidates should possess skills in Employee Relations, with the ability to handle grievances, feedback, and engagement activities professionally.
Candidates should possess skills in developing and interpreting HR Policies, ensuring alignment with legal and organizational requirements.
Relevant skills and qualifications include knowledge of labor laws, strong communication and interpersonal skills, and proficiency in MS Office.
A bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred; prior experience in manufacturing or industrial sectors is an advantage.
Ability to work on-site in Gandhidham, manage multiple priorities, and maintain confidentiality and ethical standards.
