🚀 WE’RE HIRING | BDA – RENEWALS | INDIA & GCC MARKET
We’re looking for Business Development Associates to join our Renewals team and work with customers across the India & GCC markets.
🏠 Work Mode: Work From Home
💼 Employment Type: Full-Time
📅 Working Days: 6 Days a Week
🌍 Markets: India & GCC
⚡ Immediate Joiners Preferred.
📌 Requirements
• 🎓 Graduation is mandatory
• 🌱 Freshers can apply
• 💼 Sales/EdTech experience will be an added advantage
• 🗣️ Strong English communication skills are mandatory
• 🤝 Good convincing, negotiation & objection-handling skills
• 💻 Personal laptop is mandatory
• 📶 Stable Wi-Fi & power backup required
• 🎯 Comfortable working with sales/renewal targets
🎯 Key Responsibilities
• Connect with existing customers and drive renewals
• Understand customer requirements and address concerns
• Handle objections and negotiate effectively
• Follow up with customers and close renewals
• Maintain customer details and follow-ups in CRM
• Build strong customer relationships
• Achieve assigned renewal targets
