About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Retail Store Manager to lead store operations, drive sales, and manage high-performing sales teams across multiple locations.
This on-site role is ideal for candidates with experience in retail management, customer service, and store operations.
Key Responsibilities
Manage daily store operations and ensure smooth performance
Lead, coach, and motivate the retail sales team
Drive sales growth and achieve monthly and annual targets
Deliver excellent customer service and resolve customer issues
Monitor stock levels, product displays, pricing, and visual merchandising
Maintain store standards, cleanliness, and brand image
Manage cash handling, POS systems, reports, and basic administration
Track KPIs and take action to improve store performance
Support recruitment, onboarding, and staff scheduling
Ensure compliance with company policies, health & safety, and retail procedures
Your Profile
Proven experience in retail sales, shop management, or store management
Strong leadership and people management skills
Knowledge of retail KPIs, sales targets, and customer service standards
Experience with POS systems, inventory management, and reporting
Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
Hands-on, proactive, and able to work in a fast-paced environment
Fluent German; English is an advantage
Flexible to work on-site, including weekends or peak periods
