Role Overview:
We are seeking a skilled Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM Developer to design, develop, customize, and support Dynamics 365 CRM solutions. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in D365 customization, integrations, Power Platform, and Azure services, with the ability to deliver scalable and high-quality solutions aligned with business requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop, customize, and configure Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM solutions.
Build and maintain plugins, workflows, custom actions, and Power Automate flows.
Design and develop integrations using APIs, Azure services, and third-party applications.
Collaborate with business analysts and functional consultants to implement requirements.
Develop model-driven apps, Power Apps, and Power Platform solutions.
Create and optimize reports and dashboards using Power BI and D365 reporting tools.
Perform unit testing, debugging, and production support activities.
Participate in code reviews and ensure adherence to development best practices.
Support deployment activities using Azure DevOps and CI/CD pipelines.
Maintain system performance, security, and data integrity.
Required Skills & Qualifications
4-10 years of IT experience with at least 4 years in Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM development.
Strong experience in Dynamics 365 CE/CRM customization and configuration.
Hands-on experience with C#, .NET, JavaScript, Plugins, Custom Workflow Activities, and REST APIs.
Experience with Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate).
Knowledge of Azure services and integration patterns.
Experience with Azure DevOps, source control, and CI/CD processes.
Understanding of Dataverse, security roles, business rules, and data migration.
Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
Education:
Bachelor's degree in engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, or equivalent.
Preferred Qualifications:
Microsoft Dynamics 365 and/or Power Platform certifications.
Experience with Power BI and Azure Integration Services.
Exposure to Agile/Scrum development methodologies.
