Key Responsibilities:
Student Support: Act as the first point of contact for students, answering basic queries about the study abroad process and Ambitio’s services.
University Research: Assist the team in researching university programs, entry requirements, deadlines, and scholarship opportunities tailored to student profiles.
Documentation Assistance: Help students create initial drafts of their Resumes, Statements of Purpose (SOPs), and other application documents under the guidance of senior editors.
Data Management: Maintain accurate records of student progress and application statuses in our internal tracking systems.
Coordination: Coordinate between students and senior mentors to schedule counseling sessions and ensure deadlines are met.
Continuous Learning: Actively participate in training sessions to learn about global education trends, visa processes, and admission criteria for top universities.
Requirements:
Education: Recent graduate (Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in any field). Background in Literature,
Psychology, Communications, or Education is a plus.
Experience: 0–1 years. Freshers are strongly encouraged to apply.
Communication: Exceptional command of written and spoken English. You should be comfortable
writing professional emails and speaking with students.
Research Skills: Ability to navigate university websites and extract relevant information (deadlines,
fees, requirements).
Attitude: Eager to learn, empathetic towards students' career goals, and highly organized.
