Job Summary
We are looking for a process-oriented and technically sound Quality Control Engineer to ensure that BESS products and processes meet defined quality standards, specifications, SOPs, and inspection requirements.
The ideal candidate should be strict about process compliance, have strong attention to detail, and be capable of identifying deviations, defects, and non-conformities at the right stage.
Key Responsibilities
• Ensure strict compliance with SOPs, work instructions, quality standards, and checklists.
• Conduct incoming, in-process, and final inspections of BESS components and systems.
• Inspect battery packs, electrical connections, wiring, busbars, connectors, and assemblies.
• Perform and monitor required electrical and functional testing.
• Identify and report defects, deviations, and non-conformities.
• Ensure no unauthorized process deviation, skipping, or overlap.
• Maintain inspection reports, quality records, and traceability documentation.
• Raise and monitor NCRs and support RCA and CAPA activities.
• Coordinate with Production, Engineering, R&D, Installation & Commissioning teams for quality issues.
• Verify implementation of corrective actions and ensure issues are properly closed.
• Support FAT/SAT and BESS testing activities as required.
• Ensure adherence to applicable electrical and HV safety procedures.
Technical Knowledge
• BMS – Battery Management System/PCS / Inverter/HV/LV electrical systems
• Battery voltage, current, capacity and basic electrical parameters
• Contactors, relays, fuses and pre-charge circuits.Electrical wiring, connectors, busbars and insulation
• Basic BESS electrical and functional testing
• Quality tools such as NCR, RCA and CAPA

Preferred Experience
Experience in any of the following industries will be preferred:
