We are looking for a proactive and technically inclined IT Executive Intern to support our day-to-day IT operations across our academy locations.
Role & Responsibilities
Provide day-to-day IT hardware and technical support to employees and academy staff.
Troubleshoot issues related to desktops, laptops, printers, projectors, and other IT peripherals.
Assist with installation, configuration, and maintenance of IT hardware and software.
Support classroom and office IT infrastructure to ensure smooth daily operations.
Diagnose and resolve basic hardware and connectivity issues.
Maintain and update records of IT assets and equipment.
Assist with hardware setup, replacement, and preventive maintenance.
Coordinate with external vendors/service providers for IT hardware-related requirements when required.
Respond promptly to IT support requests from different departments.
Ensure IT systems and equipment are properly maintained and operational.
Requirements
Prior internship experience in IT Hardware is mandatory.
Basic knowledge of computer hardware, troubleshooting, and maintenance.
Knowledge of Windows operating systems and common software applications.
Basic understanding of networking and connectivity issues will be an advantage.
Good communication and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work independently as well as with a team.
Candidates with a Diploma/Degree in IT, Computer Science, or a related field will be preferred.
