Full Stack Engineer

About the Role
As a Full Stack Developer, you will work across the frontend, backend and infrastructure of our platform. You will be involved in building new features, integrating services, maintaining the application and ensuring that the product remains reliable, secure and scalable.
You will work closely with the founding and product teams, contributing not only to development but also to technical decisions as the product evolves.
In This Role, You Will
Develop and maintain scalable frontend and backend applications.
Build APIs, database systems and third-party integrations.
Develop and ship new product features from concept to deployment.
Monitor, debug and resolve application and production issues.
Manage deployments, cloud infrastructure and development environments.
Perform functional, integration, performance and load testing.
Improve application performance, reliability, security and scalability.
Collaborate with the founders and product team to turn requirements into practical technical solutions.
Contribute to architecture, development practices and continuous improvement.
What You Must Have
Strong fundamentals in full-stack web development.
Hands-on experience with modern frontend and backend technologies.
Experience with React / Next.js and Node.js / Python.
Good understanding of REST APIs and databases.
Experience with Git, deployment and cloud environments.
Strong debugging and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work independently and take ownership of deliverables.
Good understanding of application security, testing and performance.
These Will Help You Succeed
Experience building SaaS or startup products.
Experience with AWS / Azure / GCP.
Knowledge of Docker and CI/CD.
Experience with AI/LLM APIs and third-party integrations.
Familiarity with PostgreSQL / MongoDB / Redis.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt as priorities evolve.
A product mindset — someone who thinks beyond simply writing code.
