Job Overview
We are hiring International Customer Support Executives for both Voice and Chat Support processes. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, a customer-focused approach, and be comfortable working in US rotational shifts.
Key Responsibilities
Handle customer queries through international voice and/or chat support.
Provide accurate and timely solutions to customer concerns.
Maintain professional communication and customer service standards.
Understand customer requirements and resolve issues effectively.
Document customer interactions and update relevant information in the system.
Meet process-specific quality, productivity, and customer satisfaction targets.
Follow company policies, processes, and compliance guidelines.
Requirements
Education: 12th Pass / Graduate.
Experience: Freshers to 3 years in customer service, BPO, international voice, chat support, or related roles.
Excellent English communication skills – verbal and written.
Comfortable handling international customers.
Good listening, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills.
Comfortable working in US rotational shifts, including night shifts.
Willing to work from the Airoli, Navi Mumbai office.
Candidates with international BPO/customer support experience will be preferred.
Salary & Benefits
₹18,000 – ₹33,000 per month, depending on experience, communication skills, and process.
