Role Description This is a full-time, on-site MAN POWER role based in Lucknow. The role involves working on active construction or project sites, performing assigned tasks such as assisting skilled workers, supporting site supervisors, and following instructions from project managers and engineers. Daily responsibilities may include material handling, basic equipment operation under supervision, site preparation, and maintaining a safe and organized work environment. The individual will coordinate with team members, adhere to safety and quality standards, and help ensure that project timelines and productivity goals are met.
Qualifications
Candidates should possess basic construction or site operations skills, including familiarity with tools, equipment, and material handling.
Candidates should possess strong teamwork, communication, and collaboration skills to work effectively with supervisors, engineers, and other site personnel.
Candidates should possess awareness of workplace safety practices, the ability to follow instructions, and a responsible approach to compliance with site rules.
Candidates should possess time management and reliability, including punctuality and consistency in completing assigned tasks.
Relevant experience in construction, infrastructure, or related fields is beneficial; a high school or equivalent education is preferred.
Ability to work on-site in Lucknow, adapt to changing project needs, and perform physically demanding tasks as required.
