We are seeking an AI Researcher & Engineer to push the boundaries of model performance through hands-on experimentation, fine-tuning, and deployment. Join us to bridge the gap between cutting-edge research and production-ready AI products.
🧩 𝗪𝗵𝗮𝘁 𝗬𝗼𝘂'𝗹𝗹 𝗗𝗼
Research and understand machine learning techniques and papers
Experiment with new research techniques and real-world implementations
Train, deploy, and serve models at scale
Write research papers based on experiments and findings
Develop detailed benchmarks and comparative performance analyses
Perform quantization and fine-tuning of LLMs and other models
Optimize models and GPU infrastructure for cost-to-scale efficiency
Write Python code and Jupyter Notebooks
✅ 𝗬𝗼𝘂'𝗿𝗲 𝗮 𝗚𝗿𝗲𝗮𝘁 𝗙𝗶𝘁 𝗜𝗳 𝗬𝗼𝘂
Strong AI research background with research/paper publications
Experience researching and implementing machine learning techniques and papers
Strong experience with deep learning frameworks such as PyTorch and TensorRT-LLM
Experience training, deploying, and serving models at scale
Experience with quantization and fine-tuning of LLMs and other models
Strong benchmarking and performance analysis experience
