Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a Collection Agency Partner based in Kakori. The role involves managing debt and cash collection processes, coordinating with external collection agencies, and ensuring timely recovery of outstanding dues in line with company policies and regulatory guidelines. The Collection Agency Partner will monitor collection performance, analyze delinquent accounts, and recommend appropriate action plans to minimize risk and improve recovery rates. Responsibilities include maintaining accurate records, preparing collection reports, and collaborating with internal teams to resolve customer issues and improve the overall customer service experience. The role also requires adherence to ethical collection practices and maintaining professional communication with customers and agency partners.
Qualifications
Candidates should possess strong Debt Collection and Cash Collection skills, with experience in managing overdue accounts and recovery processes.
Candidates should possess excellent Communication and Customer Service skills, including the ability to handle sensitive discussions and maintain professional relationships.
Candidates should possess foundational Finance knowledge, with the ability to understand lending products, repayment structures, and risk considerations.
Candidates should possess good analytical and reporting skills, including proficiency in basic office software (e.g., spreadsheets, reporting tools).
Relevant experience in collections, banking, NBFCs, or other financial services environments is preferred.
Ability to work on-site in Kakori, meet field and office requirements, and adhere to compliance and regulatory guidelines.
Minimum educational qualification of a bachelor’s degree in commerce, finance, business administration, or a related field is beneficial.
Strong time management, negotiation skills, and a results-oriented mindset will be an advantage.
