Role Description The Performance Marketing Senior role is a full-time, on-site position based in Noida. This role is responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing performance marketing campaigns across digital channels to drive traffic, conversions, and revenue. Daily activities include managing paid advertising budgets, monitoring key performance metrics, analyzing campaign data, and preparing regular performance reports. The role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams such as e-commerce, product, and creative to align marketing initiatives with business goals and brand positioning. The Performance Marketing Senior is also expected to test new strategies, oversee performance tracking tools, and continuously refine campaigns to improve ROI and customer acquisition.
Qualifications
Strong analytical skills and data analysis abilities to interpret performance metrics and inform decision-making.
Experience in performance management and performance testing to optimize campaigns and ensure high-quality execution.
Effective communication skills for collaborating with internal teams and presenting insights to stakeholders.
Proven experience in performance marketing or digital marketing roles, ideally within e-commerce or consumer brands.
Proficiency with advertising platforms (e.g., Google Ads, Meta Ads), analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics), and marketing dashboards.
Demonstrated ability to manage budgets, meet targets, and drive measurable improvements in campaign outcomes.
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Analytics, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
Comfort working on-site in Noida, with strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
