JOB TYPE: Full-Time (Work from Office)
DEPARTMENT: Sales / Business Development – Inside Sales
WORKING HOURS: Monday to Saturday, 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM
DESIGNATION: Business Development Executive (EdTech Sales)
SALARY: Fixed in-hand + attractive incentives (final compensation will depend on experience, interview performance, and last drawn salary)
Key Responsibilities:
Engage with prospective students to understand their academic preferences and career goals
Offer accurate and detailed guidance on undergraduate and postgraduate programs
Manage leads efficiently and ensure timely follow-ups to maximize conversions
Achieve/exceed enrollment targets
Stay updated with the latest industry trends, courses, and market insights to provide relevant guidance.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in any field
0-1yr of experience in EdTech sales (ODL-preferred).
Fresh graduates with strong communication skills are encouraged to apply
Excellent interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills
