We are looking for a Senior Product Manager to own a major product area end-to-end, from early discovery through launch and scaling. In this role, you will partner closely with engineering to build high-impact products across our fintech and trading platforms.
🧩 𝗪𝗵𝗮𝘁 𝗬𝗼𝘂'𝗹𝗹 𝗗𝗼
Own product roadmap and prioritization based on user research, market signals, and business strategy
Define problems and prioritize what to solve before defining solutions
Write and own product specifications, scope, success criteria, edge cases, and acceptance criteria
Own UX flows, wireframes, and product-level technical requirements
Partner with Engineering through architecture, development, QA, and launch
Own post-launch metrics including adoption, engagement, revenue/business impact, and user feedback
Translate product learnings into future discovery and roadmap decisions
Represent Product with Risk, Compliance, Legal, and regulatory-facing teams
✅ 𝗬𝗼𝘂'𝗿𝗲 𝗮 𝗚𝗿𝗲𝗮𝘁 𝗙𝗶𝘁 𝗜𝗳 𝗬𝗼𝘂
4–5 years of Product Management experience
Substantial experience in broking, trading, wealth-tech, lending, or fintech products
Strong understanding of capital markets and trading workflows
Experience owning a product area end-to-end and being accountable for business outcomes
Strong stakeholder management and ability to push back on scope/prioritization
Strong product analytics and experimentation skills
