Key Responsibilities
Field Mapping & Outreach: Regularly visit local companies, manufacturing units, educational campuses, government offices, and commercial establishments in and around Varanasi (including outskirts).
Lead Generation: Identify potential clients in need of IT infrastructure, security setup, cloud solutions, or AMC services.
Relationship Building: Connect with decision-makers (Facility Managers, Admin Heads, IT Leads) to pitch our hardware capabilities and build long-term rapport.
Handover to Senior Team: Pass warm leads and meeting opportunities to our senior technical team for deep-dive solutioning and closing.
Daily Reporting: Keep a track of daily visits, client contacts, and market feedback.
Requirements & Qualifications
Education: High School Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in any stream.
Tech Awareness: Basic knowledge of IT hardware, networking, or tech equipment (will to learn is more important than deep technical expertise).
Communication Skills: Good interpersonal, listening, and relationship-building abilities in Hindi (working English is a plus).
Local Geography: Strong familiarity with Varanasi’s commercial, industrial, and suburban zones.
