Role Description The School Coordinator is a full-time, on-site role based in Gandhinagar, responsible for overseeing daily academic and administrative operations. This role includes coordinating class schedules, managing school events and activities, and supporting teachers with teaching plans, resources, and classroom organization. The School Coordinator will communicate regularly with parents and guardians, address inquiries, and help maintain strong home–school partnerships. The role involves monitoring student progress, supporting youth development programs, and ensuring adherence to school policies and safety standards. The School Coordinator will also assist in staff training, maintain records, and collaborate with school leadership to implement educational initiatives and continuous improvement projects.
Qualifications
Candidates should possess strong communication skills, including clear verbal and written communication and the ability to engage effectively with students, families, and staff.
Candidates should possess education-related experience, such as classroom support, curriculum understanding, or school operations exposure.
Candidates should possess youth development skills, including mentoring, guidance, and the ability to support learners’ social and emotional growth.
Candidates should possess educational leadership capabilities, such as coordinating teams, supporting teachers, and contributing to academic planning.
Candidates should possess training skills, including facilitating workshops, onboarding staff, or supporting professional development activities.
Master’s degree in Education or a related field preferred; relevant experience in school coordination or administration is an advantage.
Strong organizational and time-management skills, with attention to detail and the ability to handle multiple responsibilities.
Comfort with basic computer applications and school management tools; familiarity with educational best practices and child-centered learning is beneficial.
