ReDream Systems is building the operating system for modern football agencies.
Football agents currently run much of their business across WhatsApp, email, spreadsheets, calendars, notes, databases and their own memory. Important information becomes fragmented, follow-ups are missed, relationships depend too heavily on individual people, and agents spend significant time on administration rather than creating opportunities and closing deals.
ReDream brings this into one connected platform.
The system connects players, clubs, contacts, conversations, opportunities, contracts, agency knowledge, calendars and communication channels into a shared intelligence layer for the agency.
Rather than simply storing information like a traditional CRM, ReDream is being built to understand what is happening across the agency and help operate it.
An agent should be able to open ReDream and immediately understand:
What needs their attention
Which players need action
Which clubs are looking for players
Which opportunities are progressing or becoming stale
Who they should contact
Which conversations need following up
Which contracts, representation agreements or important dates are approaching
What the agency already knows about a player, club, person or market
ReDream's Agency Autopilot turns this information into actions and workflows while keeping the agency in control.
Over time, ReDream will connect directly with the tools agents already use, including email, calendars, contacts, WhatsApp Business and other communication channels. Information captured through those systems becomes part of the agency's institutional memory rather than remaining trapped inside individual inboxes, phones or people's heads.
The long-term vision is simple:
Eliminate as much of the operational work of running a football agency as possible, so agents can spend their time on relationships, recruitment, negotiation, opportunities and revenue.
ReDream is not being built as software that agents need to constantly maintain. It is being built as infrastructure that increasingly works alongside them.
Role Description
We are looking for a Technical Co-Founder to help build ReDream from an ambitious early product into a world-class SaaS company.
This is not a conventional CTO role where the job is primarily managing developers.
The Technical Co-Founder will initially be deeply hands-on with the product and codebase and will work directly with the founding team to determine how ReDream should technically evolve.
A working platform and product architecture already exist. The challenge is now to strengthen the foundations, simplify the product, build the intelligence and automation layer, connect external communication systems, and create an architecture capable of supporting many independent football agencies securely at scale.
The Technical Co-Founder will take ownership of the technical direction of ReDream, including:
Designing and evolving the core multi-tenant SaaS architecture
Building reliable backend systems, APIs and data models
Developing the intelligence and automation infrastructure behind Agency Autopilot
Building ReDream's agency memory and structured knowledge layer
Connecting email, calendars, contacts, WhatsApp Business and other external systems
Creating reliable workflows that can capture information, recognise events and trigger appropriate actions
Designing appropriate human approval, permissions, audit trails and safeguards around automated actions
Building secure tenant isolation and role-based permissions
Improving application performance, reliability, testing and observability
Developing intuitive frontend experiences alongside strong backend architecture
Ensuring AI functionality is useful, explainable and grounded in actual agency data rather than simply adding generic AI features
Making pragmatic technical decisions appropriate for an early-stage company
Establishing engineering standards and development processes as the company grows
Eventually recruiting and leading ReDream's engineering team
The Technical Co-Founder will work extremely closely with the commercial and football side of the company.
Football agents using the product will provide direct feedback, meaning we can observe real workflows, identify unnecessary manual work and quickly turn those problems into product improvements.
This person will therefore need to think beyond individual features.
The question we will constantly ask is:
"How can ReDream remove this piece of work from the agent entirely?"
The Technical Co-Founder will also play an important role in product strategy, technical partnerships, integrations, enterprise conversations and future fundraising.
What We Are Looking For
We are looking for a product-minded technical founder, rather than someone who only wants to receive specifications and write code.
The strongest candidate will combine excellent engineering ability with the judgement to decide what should and should not be built.
Ideally, you have:
Strong full-stack engineering experience building real production software
Experience designing SaaS platforms and multi-tenant architectures
Strong backend architecture and relational database design skills
Experience building modern web applications using technologies such as TypeScript, React and Next.js
Experience with PostgreSQL and modern backend platforms such as Supabase, AWS, GCP or Azure
Strong understanding of authentication, permissions, security and tenant isolation
Experience designing and integrating third-party APIs
Experience working with communication platforms, email, calendars, messaging systems or CRM integrations
Experience building workflow automation, event-driven systems, queues or background processing
Practical experience building products using LLMs, AI agents, structured extraction, retrieval or AI-assisted workflows
An understanding of how to make AI systems reliable through structured data, permissions, provenance, human approval and deterministic application logic
Strong product judgement and an ability to simplify complicated workflows
High standards for frontend usability and product design, even if your strongest expertise is engineering
Experience shipping quickly without creating unnecessary technical debt
Strong testing, monitoring and software reliability practices
The ability to communicate technical decisions clearly to non-technical founders
Comfort working directly with customers and observing how they actually use a product
The ability to operate with limited resources and prioritise what genuinely moves the company forward
Experience in football is useful but not essential.
Understanding the football agency industry can be learned.
What matters more is being curious enough to understand how agents actually work and technically capable enough to fundamentally improve it.

That means someone who is comfortable challenging assumptions, taking ownership, making decisions and working through difficult technical and product problems without waiting for instructions.
