Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Telesales Specialist role based in Ahmedabad. The Telesales Specialist will contact prospective and existing learners by phone to explain CAD DESK’s training programs, understand their needs, and recommend suitable courses. Daily responsibilities include handling incoming inquiries, following up on leads, maintaining accurate records of calls and conversions, and achieving individual and team sales targets. The role involves providing clear information about course content, fees, schedules, and enrollment procedures, while delivering professional customer service and support. The Telesales Specialist will collaborate with training and administration teams to ensure a smooth onboarding experience for enrolled learners.
Qualifications
Candidates should possess strong Communication and Customer Service skills to engage effectively with prospective and existing learners.
Candidates should possess solid Sales skills, including lead follow-up, persuasion, and closing, with a focus on meeting targets ethically.
Candidates should possess Customer Support skills to handle queries, resolve concerns, and guide learners through the enrollment process.
Candidates should possess basic Training-related understanding to explain CAD, CAM, and CAE courses clearly (prior exposure to education or training services is an advantage).
Additional beneficial qualifications include good command of English and local languages, proficiency with phone and CRM tools, a customer-focused mindset, and prior telesales or inside sales experience.
Minimum educational qualification: graduate or equivalent; willingness to work on-site in Ahmedabad and flexible to meet business hours and peak admission periods.
