Role Overview
Proso AI is looking for a Windows & Intune Administrator to support and maintain our Windows server and endpoint infrastructure. The role will primarily focus on Windows patch management, endpoint administration, Microsoft Intune, infrastructure troubleshooting, and remediation.
The ideal candidate should have strong hands-on experience managing Windows environments and endpoints, with a good understanding of security updates, patch deployment, troubleshooting, and endpoint security.
Key Responsibilities
Manage and maintain Windows Server and Windows endpoint infrastructure.
Perform Windows patch management and security updates using Microsoft Intune.
Configure, administer, monitor, and troubleshoot endpoints through Microsoft Intune.
Deploy and manage security patches, updates, applications, and endpoint configurations.
Identify infrastructure-related issues, vulnerabilities, and configuration gaps.
Perform timely remediation and troubleshooting of infrastructure and endpoint issues.
Support day-to-day infrastructure maintenance and operational activities.
Work closely with infrastructure and security teams to resolve technical issues.
Monitor endpoint health, compliance, and security posture.
Maintain appropriate documentation for configurations, troubleshooting, and remediation activities.
Follow organizational security and infrastructure management standards.
Mandatory Skills
8+ years of experience in Windows Server and endpoint administration (Wintel).
Good experience with Microsoft Intune for endpoint management and patch deployment.
Strong understanding of Windows patch management and troubleshooting.
Experience diagnosing and remediating infrastructure and endpoint-related issues.
Good understanding of Windows operating systems, configurations, and administration.
Good-to-Have Skills
Experience with Microsoft Entra ID.
Knowledge of networking and infrastructure troubleshooting.
Experience with Microsoft Defender and endpoint security.
Basic experience supporting Mac endpoints.
Understanding of endpoint compliance and security management.
