Role Description:
Identify and connect with CXOs, CIOs, Directors and senior executives from client-approved companies.
Reach out through calls, emails, LinkedIn, and other professional communication channels.
Present the conference agenda and explain the value of attending the event.
Invite and secure registrations from qualified delegates.
Confirm attendee availability and maintain accurate delegate records.
Send calendar invites, event details, and reminder communications.
Build strong professional relationships with senior decision-makers.
Follow up regularly to maximize attendance and participation.
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure a seamless delegate experience.
Achieve weekly and monthly delegate acquisition targets.
