Role Description
The Immigration Sales Consultant is a full-time, on-site role based in the Pune Division.
The consultant will engage with prospective clients, explain available immigration and resettlement options, and provide detailed information about migration and investor visa pathways.
Daily tasks include managing inbound and outbound leads, conducting consultations, assessing client eligibility, preparing proposals, and maintaining accurate records in the CRM system.
The role involves coordinating with internal processing teams, following up with clients to ensure timely documentation, and working toward individual and team sales targets.
The consultant will also participate in client meetings, presentations, and local promotional activities to increase awareness of the company’s services.
Qualifications
Candidates should possess strong Sales Consulting skills, including lead conversion, negotiation, and closing techniques.
Candidates should possess Customer Service and Customer Satisfaction skills to build trust, manage expectations, and handle client queries effectively.
Candidates should possess excellent Communication and Consulting skills, with the ability to explain complex visa processes clearly and professionally.
Relevant experience in immigration services is essential.
Ability to work toward sales targets, prioritize tasks, and manage multiple client cases simultaneously.
Bachelor’s degree in any discipline is preferred; additional certifications in sales, counseling, or immigration law are an advantage.
Fluency in English and local languages spoken in Pune Division is beneficial.
