Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Civil CAD / BIM Trainer role based in the Pune Division. The trainer will design and deliver structured training programs on Civil CAD and BIM software, ensuring participants gain practical, job-ready skills. Day-to-day responsibilities include preparing lesson plans and training materials, conducting classroom and lab sessions, demonstrating software workflows on real-world civil and infrastructure projects, and guiding learners through hands-on exercises and assignments. The role involves assessing learner performance, providing constructive feedback, maintaining training records, and updating course content to reflect industry standards and software updates. The trainer will also collaborate with internal teams to improve training quality and may support placement coordination by aligning training outcomes with employer needs.
Qualifications
Strong proficiency in Civil CAD and BIM tools (e.g., AutoCAD Civil 3D, Revit, Navisworks, or similar civil / structural design software).
Experience in civil engineering design, drafting, or BIM implementation in real projects, preferably in infrastructure or construction domains.
Ability to design curricula, develop training materials, and deliver clear, structured classroom and lab-based instruction.
Solid communication and presentation skills, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts in an accessible manner.
Comfort with assessing learner progress, providing feedback, and adapting teaching methods for diverse skill levels.
Relevant academic background such as a diploma or degree in Civil Engineering or a related field; professional certifications in CAD/BIM are an advantage.
Prior experience as a trainer, instructor, or mentor in technical education or corporate training is preferred.
Ability to work on-site in Pune Division, manage schedules effectively, and maintain a professional, inclusive learning environment.
