🚨 We’re Hiring | Plant Head – Aluminium Alloy Manufacturing
JB Extrusion Pvt. Ltd. is looking for an experienced Plant Head to lead our upcoming Greenfield Aluminium Alloy Manufacturing Facility with a capacity of 40,000 MT per annum in Vadodara, Gujarat.
Key Requirements:
10–15 years of relevant experience in Aluminium Alloy Manufacturing or a similar manufacturing environment.
Strong expertise in plant operations, production, quality, maintenance, process optimisation, and team management.
Engineering degree or a suitably qualified Metallurgy/Metallurgical professional.
Proven leadership, operational, and problem-solving capabilities.
Ability to lead the commissioning and operationalisation of a Greenfield manufacturing facility will be an added advantage.
