We’re looking for a hands-on Tech Lead to drive the architecture, scalability, and technical direction of our core SaaS systems. In this role, you will balance coding and system design with mentoring engineers to build high-performance, secure backend solutions.
🧩 𝗪𝗵𝗮𝘁 𝗬𝗼𝘂'𝗹𝗹 𝗗𝗼
Own the technical architecture and engineering direction for key product areas.
Design and build scalable backend services and APIs using Python.
Make pragmatic decisions around architecture, technology, scalability, and reliability.
Drive development from technical design through production deployment.
Review code and establish strong engineering standards and best practices.
Identify and resolve performance, reliability, security, and scalability challenges.
Mentor engineers and raise the technical bar across the team.
Work closely with product, design, and business teams to translate requirements into technical solutions.
✅ 𝗬𝗼𝘂'𝗿𝗲 𝗮 𝗚𝗿𝗲𝗮𝘁 𝗙𝗶𝘁 𝗜𝗳 𝗬𝗼𝘂
4-7 years of strong software engineering experience with significant backend ownership.
Strong hands-on experience with Python and backend development.
Proven experience designing scalable, reliable, and maintainable systems.
Strong understanding of REST APIs, databases, distributed systems, and microservices.
Experience owning technical architecture and making key engineering decisions.
Strong understanding of system design, performance optimization, security, and reliability.
