We are looking to establish a long-term strategic partnership with an established Software House, Development Agency, or Senior Engineering Team based in Pakistan.
As a UK-based business, we actively hunt, win, and manage software development projects from the UK market (primarily via Upwork and direct client networks). We are seeking a reliable, high-performing technical team in Pakistan to own the end-to-end technical execution, architecture, and project delivery on our behalf.
This is an ideal opportunity for a software house or lead team looking for a consistent, long-term pipeline of UK client projects without the burden of international business development and client acquisition.
Key Responsibilities
Technical Execution & Delivery. Take full ownership of end-to-end software development, testing, and deployment for incoming UK client projects.
Scoping & Estimation: Assist in evaluating incoming project briefs, reviewing technical requirements, and providing accurate effort estimations, architecture recommendations, and delivery timelines.
Quality Assurance: Ensure clean code standards, security best practices, robust documentation, and thorough QA testing before deliverables are presented to clients.
Communication & Alignment: Maintain clear daily communication, technical updates, and sprint progress with the UK team during overlapping GMT/UK working hours.
What We Are Looking For
Proven Track Record: Established software agency or dedicated senior team with a portfolio of successfully delivered web, mobile, or enterprise applications.
Versatile Tech Stack Capabilities: Expertise in modern full-stack web and mobile technologies (e.g., Node.js, React, Python, Flutter, React Native, Laravel, .NET, or Cloud infrastructure).
Strong Leadership: A designated Lead Developer / Project Manager who can interface directly on technical scope, milestone planning, and delivery.
English Proficiency: Clear, effective written and verbal English communication for technical documentation and brief reviews.
Reliability & Scalability: Ability to scale resources up or down depending on project size and pipeline volume.

Location: Pakistan (Remote / Agency-based)
Contract Type: Long-term Strategic Partnership / B2B Subcontracting (Project-based or Monthly Retainer options)
Time Zone Alignment: Flexible, with required daily overlap with UK working hours (GMT).
