Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced HR & Industrial Relations (IR) Executive to manage HR operations, employee relations, industrial relations, statutory compliance, and workforce management in a manufacturing environment. The ideal candidate should have sound knowledge of labour laws, factory compliance, union management, and employee engagement while ensuring a harmonious work environment.
Key Responsibilities Human Resources
Manage end-to-end HR operations, including onboarding, attendance, leave management, and employee records.
Implement HR policies and ensure compliance across the organization.
Support recruitment, induction, performance management, and employee engagement initiatives.
Handle employee grievances and disciplinary matters in line with company policies.
Maintain employee files, HR documentation, and MIS reports.
Industrial Relations (IR)
Maintain healthy industrial relations between management and employees.
Handle employee grievances, disciplinary actions, domestic inquiries, and conflict resolution.
Coordinate with labour unions and employee representatives, where applicable.
Support collective bargaining discussions and settlement negotiations.
Ensure compliance with standing orders and company policies.
Foster a positive work culture and maintain industrial harmony.
