Role Description The Co-Founder role is a full-time position based in Chennai with a hybrid work arrangement, allowing a mix of on-site presence and work from home. Day-to-day responsibilities include defining business vision and strategy, identifying market opportunities, and driving growth across key product and service lines. The role involves collaborating with technical and business teams, building client relationships, overseeing sales and marketing initiatives, and ensuring operational efficiency. The Co-Founder will also manage budgets, contribute to fundraising or partnership discussions as needed, and establish processes that support sustainable scaling. This position requires active involvement in decision-making, hands-on execution, and continuous improvement across all core business functions.

Strong analytical skills to interpret data, assess market trends, and support strategic decision-making.
Excellent communication skills for internal collaboration, stakeholder engagement, and client interactions.
Proven sales skills, including lead generation, negotiation, and closing deals in B2B or technology-driven environments.
Marketing skills to develop and execute go-to-market plans, brand positioning, and digital outreach.
Research skills to explore new markets, evaluate competitors, and validate product and service opportunities.
Experience in entrepreneurship, business leadership, or early-stage startups is highly beneficial.
Ability to work in a hybrid setup in Chennai, managing both in-person and remote responsibilities effectively.
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Engineering, Technology, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
Comfort with ambiguity, resilience under pressure, and readiness to take ownership across multiple business areas.
