Delegate Acquisition cum Conference Producer

ISIEINDIA is looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Sponsorship, Outreach & Partnership Manager to build strategic partnerships and secure sponsorships across our events, competitions, industry programmes and institutional initiatives.

🔹 What You’ll Do
• Identify and approach potential sponsors across OEMs, automotive, EV, technology, CSR, manufacturing and allied industries
• Develop sponsorship proposals, pitch decks, packages and rate cards
• Secure financial, technology, equipment, media and in-kind sponsorships
• Lead sponsor outreach through emails, LinkedIn, calls, meetings and industry networks
• Negotiate sponsorship value, benefits and deliverables
• Build relationships with industry leaders, alumni, academia, government and institutional stakeholders
• Onboard sponsors, exhibitors, speakers, knowledge partners and technology partners
• Maintain and manage the sponsorship & partnership pipeline
• Coordinate with Marketing and Creative teams for sponsor branding and visibility
• Develop long-term relationships for recurring sponsorships and partnerships
• Prepare post-event sponsor impact and visibility reports

👤 Who We’re Looking For
A strong communicator and networker with experience in business partnerships, sponsorship sales, corporate relations, event partnerships, institutional outreach or business development.
Experience working with automotive, EV, technology, education, CSR or manufacturing companies will be an advantage.
