Role Description This is a full-time Video Editor + Graphics Designer role based in Nasik with a hybrid work arrangement, allowing some tasks to be completed from home. The role involves editing and producing video content for marketing campaigns, social media, and brand promotions, including cutting footage, adding transitions, sound, and basic effects. The Video Editor + Graphics Designer will design graphics, thumbnails, social media posts, and visual assets that align with each client’s brand identity and campaign goals. Day-to-day responsibilities include collaborating with the marketing team, planning visual concepts, applying color grading and motion graphics where needed, and delivering high-quality content within deadlines. The role also requires maintaining organized project files, adapting content for multiple platforms, and continuously improving creative output based on feedback and performance metrics.
Qualifications
Strong skills in video production and video editing, with experience creating content for digital and social media platforms.
Proficiency in video color grading to maintain consistent visual style and enhance overall video quality.
Ability to create motion graphics and visual effects that support storytelling and brand messaging.
Solid graphic design skills for designing logos, social media creatives, thumbnails, and other marketing assets.
6 months to 2 yrs experience ( freshers can also apply but must have creative mindset)
Hands-on experience with industry-standard tools (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop, Illustrator or equivalent).
Good understanding of digital marketing and social media trends to produce relevant, engaging visuals.
Strong attention to detail, time management skills, and ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
Effective communication skills and ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams in a hybrid work environment.
Portfolio demonstrating video editing and graphic design work; formal education in design, media, or a related field is an advantage.
