Training AI: We help AI labs improve their coding models. We create evaluation tasks, grading rubrics and benchmarks, and we review how AI agents reason through real software problems. We work with platform partners and have delivered 1,000+ expert-reviewed tasks across Java, Python, TypeScript, JavaScript and C++.
About the role
We're hiring a Senior Full Stack Developer who works AI-first. You'll build real products, and you'll apply senior engineering judgement to AI: reading code written by AI models, spotting exactly what's right and wrong, and explaining it in clear, precise English.
If you use AI tools every day, care deeply about code quality, and write as clearly as you code, you'll fit right in.
What you'll do
AI training and evaluation
Create coding challenges for frontier AI models: tough prompts, expert-level "golden" answers, and precise, atomic grading rubrics
Review and annotate how AI agents reason through SWE-bench-style tasks built from real open-source repositories
Turn real GitHub issues and pull requests into fair, solvable agentic benchmarks
Rank, review and correct AI-generated code, and red-team AI coding assistants to find where they break
Product engineering
Build and ship full-stack web and mobile products with React, Next.js, React Native, Node.js and Python
Build AI agents and LLM-powered features with LangChain, AutoGen and the OpenAI, Claude and Gemini APIs
Deploy and run applications on AWS, GCP or Azure
Across both
Use AI coding tools (Claude Code, Cursor, GitHub Copilot or similar) every day to plan, write, test and review code, while owning the quality of everything you ship
Work directly with clients and partners in the US and Europe: clarify requirements, write specs and share clear updates
Review code and guide junior developers
What we're looking for
3–4 years of professional full-stack development, with production apps you've shipped
Strong TypeScript/JavaScript, React and Node.js, plus working knowledge of Python
A sharp code reviewer: you find bugs, edge cases, design flaws and security issues in someone else's code (including an AI's) and can explain why they matter
Daily hands-on use of AI coding tools, and a clear sense of where they go wrong
Practical prompt engineering: you can write prompts that reliably get what you want, and prompts hard enough to expose a model's weak spots
Excellent written English that is clear, structured and precise, because researchers and clients abroad read much of what you write
Confidence on calls with international clients
