We build AI tools for the construction industry. Our users are project managers, reviewers and schedulers who go through hundreds of documents a week. They need software that's clear the first time they open it. That's where you come in.
About the role
This is a UX-first role. We want someone who figures out how people actually work, then designs screens that fit that work. Good-looking UI matters, but it should come from understanding the problem.
We also move fast. A simple dashboard shouldn't take a month. If you can get from a problem to a clickable prototype in a few days, you'll fit right in.
What you'll do
Talk to users and understand their workflows before designing anything
Map user flows and turn them into wireframes and prototypes quickly
Design clean, usable interfaces for web-based AI products
Build and maintain a design system so we don't redesign the same button twice
Test designs early with real users and iterate on feedback
Hand off clear, well-organised Figma files that developers can build from without guessing
Work closely with the engineering team every day
What we're looking for
A portfolio that shows your thinking, not just final screens
Strong UX fundamentals: user research, information architecture, user flows, usability testing
Solid UI skills: layout, typography, spacing, visual hierarchy
Fluency in Figma, including components, auto layout and prototyping
A fast, modern workflow. You use design systems, component libraries and AI tools to speed things up
Comfort working in an early-stage team where you own design end to end
Nice to have
Experience designing dashboards, data-heavy screens or B2B SaaS products
Experience designing for AI products
Basic understanding of HTML/CSS or how frontend development works
