Role Description The Banana Export role at RK ENTERPRISES is a full-time, on-site position based in Sangole. Responsibilities include preparing and managing export documentation, coordinating with buyers, shipping agents, and internal teams, and ensuring orders are processed accurately and on schedule. The role involves monitoring quality and packaging standards, checking compliance with export regulations, and tracking shipments until delivery. Day-to-day tasks also include responding to customer queries, maintaining records of export transactions, and supporting continuous improvement in export processes. The position requires regular communication with stakeholders and proactive problem-solving to address any issues in the export workflow.
Qualifications
Candidates should possess skills in Export Documentation and Import Export processes.
Candidates should possess strong Communication and Customer Service skills.
Candidates should possess practical knowledge of Export operations and basic logistics coordination.
Candidates should possess attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple orders simultaneously.
Knowledge of export regulations, INCOTERMS, and international trade practices is beneficial.
Proficiency in MS Office or similar tools for documentation and reporting is preferred.
Prior experience in agricultural exports or fresh produce supply chains is an advantage.
A relevant diploma or degree in commerce, business, or a related field is preferred but not mandatory.
