Job Description
Position: HSE Lead
Location: Bina, Madhya Pradesh
Industry: Oil & Gas Refinery
Key Responsibilities:
Prepare and manage the overall HSE audit schedule and programme in consultation with the client.
Coordinate and monitor the execution of planned HSE audits and ensure timely completion.
Conduct quality reviews of audit reports to ensure accuracy, consistency, and compliance with applicable requirements.
Lead audit closing meetings with contractors and concerned stakeholders and communicate key findings and required corrective actions.
Prepare and submit monthly consolidated HSE/audit reports highlighting key observations, trends, compliance status, and performance.
Act as the key HSE interface with BPCL management for audit-related matters, performance monitoring, and coordination.
Conduct HSE performance evaluation and identify areas requiring improvement.
Analyse incidents, review incident reports, identify trends, and support appropriate corrective and preventive actions.
Ensure proper upkeep and maintenance of HSE records, reports, audit documentation, and compliance status.
Coordinate and support other HSE-related activities as advised by the Engineer-in-Charge (EIC)/Client.
Provide guidance and leadership to the HSE audit team to ensure effective and consistent execution of project requirements.
Key Competencies:
Strong knowledge of HSE audits, audit programme management, report preparation, incident analysis, contractor safety management, stakeholder coordination, and HSE performance monitoring.
