Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Quality Analyst role based in Warud, Dist Amravati. The Quality Analyst will perform day-to-day quality checks on processes and products, review documentation, and ensure compliance with internal standards and external regulations. Responsibilities include designing and executing manual tests, preparing and maintaining test cases, identifying and documenting defects, and working closely with operations and production teams to resolve issues. The role involves analyzing trends in quality data, recommending corrective and preventive actions, and supporting audits or inspections. The analyst will also contribute to improving quality control procedures, reporting on key quality metrics, and supporting training and awareness related to quality practices.
Qualifications
Candidates should possess strong Analytical Skills to interpret data.
Candidates should have hands on experience on HPLC
Candidates should possess chemical testing and Test Case development skills to plan, execute, and document systematic tests.
Candidates should have attention to detail, accuracy in documentation, and the ability to follow and improve structured procedures.
Candidates should have effective communication and collaboration skills to work with cross-functional teams and report findings clearly.
Relevant experience in quality roles within manufacturing, food, or agro-related industries is beneficial.
M. Sc Chemistry , 2 to 3 years work experience in organizations having FSSC 22000 and BRC is peferred.
Familiarity with basic quality tools (such as checklists, control charts, or root cause analysis techniques) and proficiency with standard office software are advantageous.
