Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Personal Assistant role based in Delhi, India. The Personal Assistant will provide day-to-day support to senior leaders, including managing calendars, scheduling meetings, and coordinating travel and appointments. Responsibilities include handling phone calls and emails, preparing basic reports and presentations, organizing documents, and maintaining accurate records. The role will also involve arranging internal and external meetings, supporting follow-ups on action items, and assisting with personal and professional tasks as needed to help leadership stay organized and focused. The Personal Assistant will collaborate with internal teams, liaise with external stakeholders, and ensure tasks are completed in a timely, professional manner.
Qualifications
Strong Personal Assistance and Executive Administrative Assistance skills, with experience supporting senior leadership or management.
Effective Communication skills, including clear written and verbal communication and professional phone and email etiquette.
Proficient Diary Management, including scheduling, calendar coordination, and prioritizing appointments and deadlines.
Solid Clerical Skills, such as document preparation, filing (digital and physical), data entry, and record keeping.
Strong organizational and time-management abilities, with attention to detail and the capacity to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
Comfort with common office software (e.g., email, calendars, word processing, spreadsheets, and presentation tools).
Ability to maintain confidentiality, exercise discretion, and work with a high level of integrity and professionalism.
Prior experience in hospitality or service-oriented environments is an advantage.
Minimum of a high school diploma; a diploma or degree in Business Administration, Hospitality, or a related field is preferred.
