Role Description The Professional Speaker for Healthcare Webinars is a remote, volunteer role focused on delivering high-quality educational and thought-leadership sessions to a global audience of healthcare professionals. Day-to-day responsibilities include preparing webinar content and presentations, tailoring messages to diverse healthcare audiences, and presenting live or pre-recorded sessions on topics such as clinical innovation, health policy, leadership, and global health trends. The role involves collaborating with organizers and subject matter experts to refine agendas, participating in panel discussions or Q&A segments, and ensuring content is accurate, engaging, and accessible. The Professional Speaker may also provide input on future webinar themes, share resources with participants, and contribute to post-webinar follow-up activities such as summaries or discussion materials.
Qualifications
Strong public speaking and presentation skills, with the ability to communicate complex healthcare topics clearly to diverse audiences.
Experience in healthcare, public health, health policy, or a related field, with up-to-date knowledge of current challenges and trends.
Ability to design and structure webinar content, including slides and supporting materials, in an organized and engaging format.
Comfort with virtual platforms and digital tools for hosting and delivering remote webinars.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English, with active listening and audience engagement capabilities.
Collaborative mindset, openness to feedback, and willingness to co-present or participate in panel discussions.
Demonstrated commitment to improving healthcare systems and contributing to global health initiatives.
Professional background in medicine, nursing, allied health, healthcare management, or academic research is highly beneficial.
Prior experience speaking at conferences, webinars, or workshops is an advantage.
