Full Stack Engineer

Simpalm is hiring a Full Stack Developer for one of our direct clients in the USA. We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated software professional who excels in designing, developing, and maintaining modern web applications. Key Responsibilities:
Design, develop, and maintain scalable web applications using .NET, React, JavaScript, and SQL technologies.
Build and integrate event-driven services using Apache Kafka for real-time data processing and messaging.
Implement caching strategies using Redis to improve application performance and scalability.
Collaborate with product owners, architects, developers, and stakeholders to define and implement new features and enhancements.
Write clean, efficient, maintainable, and well-documented code following industry best practices.
Participate in code reviews and contribute to improving overall code quality, performance, and security.
Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve application issues in a timely manner.
Contribute to architecture and design discussions with technical recommendations.
Work closely with QA teams to ensure high-quality deliverables and successful product releases.
Contribute to process improvements and recommend best practices for software development.
Participate actively in Agile/Scrum ceremonies and development activities.
Leverage AI-powered development tools such as GitHub Copilot, Claude, or Microsoft Copilot to enhance productivity, code quality, testing, documentation, and problem-solving while maintaining strong engineering judgment.
Required Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
6–10 years of hands-on experience in full-stack web application development.
Strong expertise in .NET technologies, including .NET Framework, .NET Core, ASP.NET MVC, and Web APIs.
Solid experience with React.JS and modern JavaScript (ES6+).
Hands-on experience with Apache Kafka (producers/consumers, topics, event-driven architecture).
Experience with Redis or similar caching technologies for performance optimization.
Strong understanding of SQL and relational database concepts.
Hands-on experience with Microsoft Azure and cloud-native application development.
Experience designing and developing RESTful APIs.
Proficiency with version control systems such as Git.
Excellent analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams.
Preferred Qualifications:
Hands-on experience with CI/CD pipelines and Azure DevOps.
Familiarity with additional cloud platforms such as AWS or Google Cloud Platform (GCP).
Experience with containerization technologies, including Docker and Kubernetes.
Understanding of software development best practices, application security, and scalable system design.
